Lol, bikes are exempted from everything here. I could be going the wrong way and if I crash with a car, it’s still it’s fault. Same with skipping red lights in residential or busy streets, I can also get on the sidewalk...
Hell, the secretary of Health has a closed off road, no cars can enter.. but bicycles can.. it’s a good shortcut.
